Comedian Jason Stuart
Jason Stuart is a prolific character actor and stand-up comic who grew up as an insecure Jewish kid in L.A., found solace in Barbra Streisand, and now lives next door to—but not with—his 85-year-old Jewish mother in Palm Springs. He made Hollywood take notice with roles in Kindergarten Cop and Vegas Vacation but really made waves by coming out on Geraldo and later co-creating the award-winning Amazon series Smothered.
Whether playing a 19th-century plantation owner or cracking jokes about his mother’s cooking, Stuart keeps audiences laughing while championing LGBTQ rights and proving that, in showbiz, the best way forward is to create your own path.
